Adam has spent the last 15 years on the in-house side of Corporate Finance, amassing £1b in Acquisitions, Mergers, Management Buy-outs and Management Buy-Ins for privately owned companies in the range of £1m to £650m.
Adam has a successful track record in completing transactions across a broad range of industries, including Facilities Management, Retail, Hospitality and Legal Tech.
